From brand strategy to graphic designs, we offer branding solutions for each stage of your business, helping you unleash the full potential of your brand. These are the 5 phases commonly applied in our client projects:

 

 

STEP 01 /

DISCOVERY

 
 

Understanding your brand, reviewing materials provided, and outlining the core values that serve as the foundation.

  • BRAND Q&A to have a brief overview of your brand. With that, we’ll define a preliminary job scope to propose the items we could work on.

  • BRAND ATTRIBUTES STUDY to identify your brand’s core elements, used to specify the directions for the overall branding.

  • BRAND REVIEW to analyse the current state of your brand, while also setting the requirements and project scope.

 

 

STEP 02 /

DEFINING STRATEGY

 
 

Developing a strategic direction through focusing on your target customers, and devise a brand strategy that helps address their needs and pain points.

  • USER PERSONA will be constructed based on your brand’s target group, in order to understand their preferences and setup the correct platforms that the main user groups are on.

  • CREATIVE BRIEF will be constructed to ensure goals are clearly defined and understood by relevant parties.

  • BRAND STRATEGY will be devised and presented, taking into account brand’s positioning in the market, and identifying the touch points to create.

 

 

STEP 03 /

DESIGN

 
 

Upon approval of the strategy presentation, concepts will be developed and prototypes will be designed.

  • IDEA DEVELOPMENT based on the approved strategy.

  • CONCEPTS that are viable from idea development will be designed preliminarily, and discussions will be held with you for feedback and amendments.

  • MOCKUPS or prototypes will be synthesised, put through testing on the relevant platforms to ensure that errors are eliminated, aesthetically pleasing and functional.

 

 

STEP 04 /

DELIVERY

 
 

Guidelines on how to use the brand assets will be compiled, and designs will be sent to production. The new designs will then be prepared to launch.

  • BRAND GUIDELINES documents will be compiled to serve as a basis for accurate future usage by teams.

  • ASSETS will be delivered to clients for production usage and preparation for launching.

  • DEBRIEFING session to review project.

 

 

STEP 05 /

DISTRIBUTION

 
 

The final works will be rolled out, with quality checks from time to time and preparation of content for future developments.

  • QUALITY CHECKS ensuring deliverables are meeting the required standards.

  • FURTHER DEVELOPMENT contents will be prepared to aid with the distribution of the works to targeted customers.
